Recently, the meeting for reviewing the standard outline of the “Technological Guide (Outline) for High-performance Asphalt Pavement Construction” jointly prepared by the China Highway & Transportation Society, JSTI Group and Chongqing Communications Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing. Seven experts, including Zhou Haitao, former Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Transport, Li Hua, former Director of the Highway Administration of the Ministry of Transport, Fu Zhi, former Deputy Chief Engineer of the Research Institute of Highway (RIOH), Ministry of Transportation, Jin Zhiqiang, former Deputy Director of the Quality and Safety Supervision Bureau of the Department of Transport of Jiangsu Province, Liu Hao, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Municipal Road & Bridge Building Material Group Co., Ltd., Zeng Yun, Chief Technology Officer of Xi'an Zhongli Asphalt Co., Ltd., and Zhang Yuzhen, Professor of China University of Petroleum, set up an expert group to review the standard outline. The meeting was hosted by Ma Xin, Director of the Standards and Regulations Division of the China Highway & Transportation Society.
