In recent days, the Changjiang Shipping Development Research Center organized and held an expert meeting for reviewing the results of two monographic studies for the preparation of “Guidelines for Safety Risk Assessment of Waterway Construction Projects” in Nanjing. Director Chen Ping of the Department of Safety and Quality Supervision and Management of the Ministry of Transport and leaders and experts of the Changjiang River Administration of Navigational Affairs of the Ministry of Transport and the Changjiang Waterway Bureau among other organizations attended the meeting. Zhu Shaowei, Chief Engineer in safety and technology of JSTI Group attended the meeting, and the representative of the Testing & Research Institute made a report about the research results.
