Recently, the Work Conference on Testing and Inspection of Highway and Water Transport Project in Guizhou Province was held in Guiyang. Pan Hai, CPC Committee Member and Chief Engineer of the Department of Transport of Guizhou Province, and Yang Qianjiang, Director of the Bureau of Quality Supervision on Transport Construction of Guizhou Province, attended the conference and made important speeches. Dr. Zhu Xiaowen of the JSTI Testing & Research Institute made a keynote speech at the conference as the only representative of the testing and research agency outside Guizhou.
