On April 28, the Inaugural Conference of the Expert Consultation Committee of the Jiangsu Institute of Comprehensive Transport & Academic Report Meeting was held in Nanjing. Deputy Governor Fei Gaoyun of Jiangsu Province attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Weng Mengyong, Director of the China Highway & Transportation Society, and Lu Chunfang, Director of the China Railway Society, made academic reports, and Shi Heping, Director of the Jiangsu Institute of Comprehensive Transport, granted letters of appointment to consultants and representative members of the Expert Consultation Committee. Fu Guanhua, JSTI Chairman of the Board, was appointed Deputy Director of the Expert Consultation Committee. Other JSTI members, including Vice President Zhang Haijun, Chief Engineer Zhang Yufeng of the Testing & Research Institute, Deputy Director Liu Jibing of the Rail Transit Design Institute, Deputy Chief Engineer Wu Chunying and Chief Engineer in water transportation Wu Haigen, were appointed members of the Expert Consultation Committee. Wang Jiaqiang, Chief Engineer of JSTI Group, served as Deputy Secretary General of the Expert Consultation Committee.
