On April 19, a delegation from the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Transport, including Director Pang Song, Gong Shengchen, Director of the Standardization Management Office, and Fu Xi, Deputy Director of the General Office, went to JSTI Group to investigate JSTI’s work on scientific and technological innovation and major scientific and technological needs for building China’s strength in transport. Director Pang Song held talks with Lu Yongquan, Director of the Department of Transport of Jiangsu Province on technological innovation. Other relevant leaders from the Department of Transport of Jiangsu Province, such as Deputy Director Jin Ling, and Wang Shaokun, Director of the Office of Science and Technology, accompanied them in the investigation. JSTI President Li Dapeng, Vice President Ling Chen and He Miao, Yang Yang, Director of the Testing& Research Institute, Wang Dongping, Director of the Institute of Strategic Study, and relevant staff members also participated in the investigation.
