Recently, Malaysia's national standard Rubber Powder Modified Asphalt (REAM-SP7/2018) mainly prepared by JSTI Group was officially published. Cao Rongji, Chief Engineer of JSTI Group, led the technical teams of related departments for the preparation of the whole standard. He cooperated with the Ministry of Works of Malaysia, Government Public Transport Office, National Maintenance Corporation, National Consulting Corporation and Kemakmuran Engineering Co., Ltd. while taking into account the characteristics of local pavement construction and maintenance to prepare the national standard Rubber Powder Modified Asphalt for Malaysia for nine months.
