Beijing Chinovela Engineering & Technology Corp, a subsidiary of JSTI Group, and China Aerospace Construction Group formally signed a general management service contract for a new power transmission expansion project based on the African continent. The awarding of the contract demonstrates a breakthrough for JSTI Group, having gone from simply providing design services to providing leadership, general management and project management services.

At present, the preliminary design of the project is underway and the procurement of materials is nearing completion. As the Director of the project, Chinovela is responsible for coordinating the schedules of all parties involved in the work and is tasked with delivering a first class project that will provide outstanding economic and social benefits for all stakeholders in the project, including local communities and the natural environment.
