More than 50 leaders and experts from a broad range of transport specific, national and provincial government departments recently gathered in Beijing, to attend a conference on Transport Energy & Carbon Emission Monitoring. Deputy Chief Engineer of the Planning & Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, Gao Meizhen, presided over the meeting with General Manager, Wang Qin, of Jiangsu Energy Tech Development making a special report titled, “Progress and Experience in Statistics and Monitoring of Transport Energy Consumption in Jiangsu”.
