On January 22nd, Vice Chairman of JSTI Group, Wang Junhua, delivered a speech to delegates at the 14^th Nanjing CPPCC meeting. As one of the leaders of the civil construction, industry and commerce bodies, Vice-Chairman Wang spoke on the theme of "creating an atmosphere of innovation and promoting continuous innovation".

      Vice Chairman Wang believes that building a famous innovative city with global influence is both an important and necessary project that requires the guidance of government and the cohesion of all sectors. He proposed four approaches on how to build an atmosphere of innovation: First, a dynamic assessment mechanism must be established to improve appropriate support and guidance whilst ensuring such a system remains compatible with business goals. Second, we must encourage innovation by the development of challenging and ambitious targets. Third, it is vital to encourage private-owned enterprises, especially those with global influence, to take the lead in boosting and stimulating innovation. Finally, we must provide talented individuals with a strong platform from which to excel and demonstrate their ability to innovate and lead.
