On March 8, Director Cao Zhibin of the Transport Department for Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region led a delegation of experts to JSTI Group to learn about the work that the group are doing and share his expertise on the area. Director Cao was accompanied by Deputy Director Wang Zhujun of the Jiangsu Transport Department. President Li Dapeng, Vice Presidents Ji Yuehua and Lingchen along with Deputy Director Yang Yang of the Testing and Research Institute attended the meeting.
 

      President Li Dapeng accompanied Cao Zhibin and his delegation to visit the State Engineering Laboratory for New Road Materials and the State Key Laboratory on Safety and Health of In-service Long-span Bridges, whose establishment was undertaken by JSTI Group. He also introduced the development history of JSTI which developed from a transport company into an international platform providing whole industrial chain and full-process consulting services in the field of infrastructure. He focused on the achievements of JSTI attained by expanding overseas markets through strategic alliances and boosting the main consulting business through PPP investment, and the latest development in the fields of artificial intelligence, big data and traditional business integration. President Li Dapeng stated that JSTI would combine the integration of competitive global resources and the enhancement of localization services to better contribute to the construction and development of transport construction in Ningxia.
 

      Deputy Director Wang Zhujun summed up his speech by hoping that the consulting organizations in Jiangsu could further sum up and sublimate experience and export their achievements so as to make greater contribution to the development of the transport construction in Ningxia.
