On February 2, JSTI Group held their annual 2017 Global Awards Ceremony at the Nanjing International Youth Cultural Center. More than 400 people, including JSTI executives, award-winning employees and family members, from various departments, operational divisions, domestic and overseas subsidiaries attended.
On February 2, JSTI Group held their annual 2017 Global Awards Ceremony at the Nanjing International Youth Cultural Center. More than 400 people, including JSTI executives, award-winning employees and family members, from various departments, operational divisions, domestic and overseas subsidiaries attended.




      The evening was a celebration of the success of JSTI Group employees throughout 2017 but was also an opportunity for the company to reflect on the ongoing integration between JSTI Group and its’ two overseas subsidiaries, Eptisa and TestAmerica. The awards night was a chance to celebrate the achievements from all those involved in the integration process. Despite the challenges of integrating culturally, geographically and linguistically different businesses, great progress has been made with regards to the performance of the business and of course the continued internationalization of JSTI Group.

      Good evening everyone. Good evening JSTI colleagues and EPTISA colleagues and TestAmerica colleagues. Very nice to be here this evening despite the bright lights. I hope you enjoyed the red carpet ceremony and we are to bring you greetings for the coming year so I hope that the year ahead brings you prosperity, happiness and good health. May all your wishes come true professionally and personally. I wish you happiness for your families and hope you have a very good evening tonight. It’s really nice to be here and happy new year to everyone.

      Throughout 2017, JSTI staff achieved went above and beyond expectations, in all company departments. Major developments were seen in areas such as process integration, talent planning and strategic change. The leadership team of JSTI encouraged every member of staff to take responsibility for their work and professional development and for eveyone to “find passion in their work”, so as to create a highly self-motivated and capable workforce throughout the business.































      JSTI has established its own project management system based on PMBOK project management theory to develop cost budget control and performance evaluation systems. The project-based system has also become a training ground for JSTI to nurture future managers and develop technical experts. Since the acquisition of two well-known overseas consulting companies in 2016, JSTI is well on the way to becoming a truly international company. JSTI staff now carry out projects in over 50 countries around the world, contributing their expertise and energy to the improvement of the global environment and people's lives. The awards ceremony commended the project managers, project decision makers and project approvers who made important contributions to global project production and management. Representatives of outstanding project teams from China, America and Spain all received awards.









      JSTI is proud to maintain a leading scientific research platform system, of which it is honored to host 2 state sponsored laboratories which look into new road materials and long-span bridge monitoring. JSTI’s R&D capabilities also include 19 provincial and ministry-level platforms, 6 of which look into industries such as traffic, municipal services, rail transport, environment, smart cities, and more. These scientific research platforms are where JSTI’s technological innovation is fostered, with R&D being undertaken by a dedicated team of scientific researchers. These research centres are where key technological breakthroughs occur year after year and are the source for JSTI’s reputation as a leading innovator in the engineering industry. Representatives from all platforms took to the stage to receive awards and congratulations from the whole company.
