The 3rd U.S.-China Sub-national Legislatures Cooperation Forum, co-sponsored by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the State Legislative Leaders Foundation, was held in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S. on November 29. This forum has witnessed active view exchange on how to promote China-U.S. economy and trade, intelligent transportation and educational cooperation through legislatures. Li Xiaolin, President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Chen Zhenning, Executive Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress, Xiao Guiyu, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress, Fan Zhaobing, Executive Deputy Director of the Hebei Provincial People's Congress, 25 state parliamentary leaders from 16 states including Alabama and about 150 representatives from all walks of life from China and the United States attended the forum.
