On May 21, 2018, JSTI Vice President Ling Chen led a delegation to the Kazakhstan Highway Science Research Institute, and they had an in-depth exchange with President Bagdat Teltaev, Vice President Aibaev, and Director Izmailova of the Department of Road Structures and Materials. Both parties exchanged views on the state of the projects carried out in Kazakhstan, and reached a consensus to continue to actively promote cooperation and interaction in scientific research and technical consultation, and jointly apply state and government-level Sino-Kazakhstan scientific and research projects.
