On December 27, JSTI Group formally signed the Equity Transfer Contract with Guangzhou Jianyue Road and Bridge Construction Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianyue Testing"). JSTI Group acquired 100% of the equity interest of Jianyue Testing, which became a subsidiary controlled by the former.
